The Employee Scheduling report allows you to view PTO and employee scheduling information. Such information includes vacation, sick time, personal days, tardiness, and short days.
EditGenerate Report
To generate an Employee Scheduling report, make the menu selection
Administration⇒Reports or
Employees⇒Reports from the main menu bar. The Reports page will appear; select the link
"Employee Scheduling Report".

EditTo View a Report on a Specific Group
If you wish to see a report on a particular group or department, click on the Employee Group pull-down menu at the top of the page and select the name of the group you are interested in. The report will be updated to display information on only the group you selected.
EditTo Print the Report
To print the report, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the
PRINT button.
EditTo Expand the Report
To expand the report further, you can select an employee name. The Employee Scheduling Report Details page will appear with information specific to that employee.

The information displayed includes:
• Employee: This is the name of the employee.
• Total Hours: this is the total number of PTO hours available for this employee at the start of the year.
• Total Hours Left: This is the total number of PTO hours remaining for the employee for the year.
• Date: This is the date that the employee took time off.
• Type: This is the reason why the employee took the time off (TC = Time Clock, V = Vacation, S = Sick, P = Personal, T = Tardy, C = Custom, H = Holiday, L = Leave).
• Start: This is the start date and time that was used to calculate the amount of PTO taken.
• End: this is the end date and time that was used to calculate the amount of PTO taken.
• Hours: this is the total number of PTO hours calculated for that date.
Click on the PRINT button to print a copy of this report.
