Purpose

To view an employee's timecard.

Overview

The Hourly Employee report shows information about an employee’s timecard. You can see how many hours he or she worked as well as that employee’s clock-in and clock-out times.

To generate the “Hourly Employee” report, make the menu selection Administration⇒Reports from the main menu bar. The reports will appear; select the link “Hourly Employee Report”.

Hourly Employee Report - Search parameters


1. From, To – Enter a start (from) and end (to) to a date range that you wish to view the report on. You can type in a value in the format mm/dd/yyyy or you can click on the calendar icon to select a date.

2. User Group – Select a department from the pull-down menu for which you want to view the report. The names listed in the Employees section will update to display only those that are in the user group that you select.

3. Employee – Check the box for each employee that you wish to view the report on.

4. Select All – Check this box to automatically check the boxes for all the employee names listed.

5. Click on the SUBMIT button to generate the report.

The Hourly Employee Report will appear directly below the SUBMIT button:

The following information is displayed for each employee in the user group that you selected to view a report on:

Total Time – This is the total time worked over the date range you specified.
Date – This is the date being reported on.
Total Hours – This is the total number of hours worked for that day
Total Paid Hours – This is the total number of hours paid for that day.
OT – if an asterisk “*” appears in this column, the employee worked overtime on that day.

Click on the PRINT Button to print a copy of the report.

To view a more detailed report regarding the employee’s hours, click on the green arrow for those hours and the following information will be displayed:

Clock In: These are the times the employee clocked in during that day.
Clock out: These are the times the user clocked out during that day.
Adjusted: This is the time the clock in or clock out time was adjusted to.
Adjusted By: This is the person that adjusted the employee’s time.
