1. The reports page is still not ordered( I need to verify once again make sureeverything is ordering well)

2. Why does running a simple report take sooooo long?

3. The reports still do not look good. And missing columns I asked for


4. In company setup need global option (checkbox) to force lunch checkout and check in

5. Need length in minutes to go along with it


6. Carry this option down to groups and users

7. VERY IMPORTANT. When Options are changed at the company level (or user level) they should carry down to groups and users until a user or group is saved. So if I go back into company setup and change the start time it would NOT change the user again. ALL options

8. Working Group is not clear. Let’s make sure Groups are called Roles and Working Groups are renamed Departments. On reports as well

9. In company setup need the ability to disable the login button at the top of the intranet

10. Make sure email and password are not required. If they do not exist they simply cannot access the intranet

11. Need to make sure you have enough columns to track original check in and outs, and track modified ones (and who modified and when)

12. In company setup need to be able to select Auto check out and in with a check box. Carry down to users and Roles

13. Can we organize the Group (Department) and user screens better?

14. When I run a report, it does not show it is running. Confusing ds

15. In company setup add a link or button to log everyone out. Call it Emergency Logout

16. In user setup add in check boxes for Active, Birthday, and Re-Hire. Active would enable or disable the employee from all reports

17. On the calendars, we need rollovers with the employee name, reason for off, and notes

18. Has anyone bothered with making sure that Roles, Users, and Groups (and all other data) is company dependent? CRITICAL

19. On the Hourly Report (Salary, Hourly, and Payroll), we need the ability to export to csv

20. The calendar page is missing the legendds

21. There needs to be roles for the following: Administrator (company setup), Employee Managers (Everything but company setup), Department Heads (view only), Everyone

22. On the calendar, need the ability to select Holidays. Should highlight

23. On the front calendar, show the Birthday on the page

24. In user setup, checkbox if paid for Holidays

25. In user setup, add in I9 Expiration date

26. In user setup add in ability to upload a copy of the I9 and view it


27. The employee scheduling report needs to be moved to the reports dropdown. It also needs to be fixed. Look at Debbie with 1600 hours??? And each employee should default to 8 hours to fix old ones or 1 day. All new ones should use the start and end times in their user setup

28. Report needs to be printable. Should be ordered by name

29. This report is critical. Think how you would like to see it

30. Still missing Break time (s) and sound upload in company setup

31. And RSS feed change.

Some minor nitpicks(paul

1. Wherever we show hours let’s show how many days those hours equate to e.g. Sick Time: 16 hours 2 days (and vice versa)

2. Start Time, End Time, Long Date Selections e.g. Birthdate these items should be 3 dropdowns: hourlist 1-12 minutelist 0-59 tt Am-Pm, monthlist 1-12, daylist 1-31, and yearlist current year -100 (to be safe)

3. Clock In/Out button should be enabled per user(group) if they do log into the site (visible = true/false)

4. On all reports we should have default to-from initially set to the current week 5. All pages that display the js calendar will have the calendar stop working on a callback can we reinitialize it or better yet remove the calendar items from the update panel ds

6. Can we make the timeclock site be more inline lookwise with what is going on with contact suite if time permits otherwise leave it for a future revision

7. Can we talk about what the dropdownlist accomplishes on the report page it doesn’t appear anywhere else to ease navigation should we have it be something else e.g. just a list of links maybe, can we also talk about some of the buttons on the detail pages

Greg covered the majority of the issues above like I said these are just some items I saw from going over the site during the meeting
