1. Andpak has been changed from PTO calculated to PTO combined. Since this happened in the middle of hte year they need options on how to input starting PTO time.

2. In Employee / PTO they will be entering time. This could either be the entering starting time for the year (80 hours) or what is left at this point. I think if they enter a number and simply save, it will start from there. So if they enter 10 and tomorrow I'm off for 8 hours it goes down to 2. In the other scenario, I think we should add a button to the right of the hours box that say recalculate. If they enter 10 hours or 80 hours and click the button, it would go through the time they have taken off this year and total it to the right and on the schedule reports.

3. I do see an issue though. In employee/ pto and the reports the numbers can go negative. I changed them to PTO combined 2 weeks ago which put them at zero. People on the calendar or ones added since then should be negative.

4. In employees add a next and previous to the next employee. Make sure it is consistant with the next and previous in edit cards, individual.

5. Column changes I gave you before.

6. http://matrixwebs.attendancesuite.com/employees/reports/edithours.aspx see me, once I login the times go negative until clock again.

7. Check your hourly, salary versus paycheck report to see if they look good.

8. On the employee edit pages, individual and group can we add in a link to schedule time off, would go to the same page the calendar goes to.
