Remaining Items 10/23/2008

Modified: 2008/10/31 10:36 by jjones@matrixwebs.com - Categorized as: Bugs List
1. Some items are listing on the calendar twice. This seems to be happening because the recurring checkbox is checked by default when an existing calendar item is edited. When the user updates the calendar item, it then creates a recurring item.

2.German Martinez – scheduled week of personal days but in Edit Hourly Times screen shows all days as being on Monday, 10/20/2008.

3.Recurring event s need to show Ends On date when viewing an existing event.

4.Need ability to delete individual events within a recurring series.

5.Edit Hourly Times and paycheck report needs to make sure calendar events are approved before including the time as being paid.

7.In Edit Hourly Times screen, if an event is unpaid (Custom, unapproved event) the total hours should display as 0.

8. Need ability to edit holidays, and have them be individual versus global in case they need to adjust the Holiday time for a specific employee.

9. Edit Hourly Times screen – add textboxes to enter the date and a numeric value for PTO. For example, the employee worked for 6 hours and they want to be able to add 2 hours as PTO to total 8 for the day. - Had some questions/issues on this one

10. In the Edit Schedule Entry screen, add prompt to confirm if the event will go over the employee’s PTO amount.

11. If a recurring event spans a holiday, a vacation day is not added for the holiday date. need to test

12. Overtime – Hourly employees only receive overtime on non-work days for the time they put in over 40 hours worked that week. For example, the employee has put in 38 hours during the week. They work 4 hours on Saturday. 40 Hours would be regular time, and 2 would be overtime. If there is a holiday, sick day, etc that week and they work on Saturday, these hours would not be included in overtime since they didn’t work a full 40 hour week.

13. Making sure in Edit Calendar that the recurring is working as expected. still 2 things to fix there found when testing.
