Overview

You can view who in your company is currently clocked in by generating a report of currently logged in users. Being logged on to the AttendanceSuite program does not necessarily mean that you are clocked in. Employees can clock in either by PC (using AttendanceSuite) or by Card Swipe.

One of the advantages of using AttendanceSuite is that employees of your company can clock in/out using the default intranet-based clock installation. Each employee simply goes to the company’s AttendanceSuite web site, logs on, and clicks on the CLOCK IN or CLOCK OUT button. Their time will be logged using the AttendanceSuite application and reports can be generated using that information. To further enhance this process, AttendanceSuite has the ability to integrate with IP (Internet Protocol) based timecard readers, either bar code, magnetic, or RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). For example, a simple card reader and magnetic cards can be used for employees to swipe through the card reader whenever they clock in or out.

This report shows the following information:

Full Name – This is the full name of the employee that has clocked in – but has not clocked out yet – for the day. If the employee is logged on to AttendanceSuite but has not clocked in, his or her name will not appear on this list.

Clock In – This indicates the date and time that the employee clocked in.
